Each year , LMSC presents an award to the top coach in the program based on player development, team enthusiasm, sportsmanship and dedication.

This year's winner of the LMSC Coach Of The Year Award goes to Lance Laver, head coach for the Under 9 LMSC Firebirds girls team. The Firebirds did a tremendous job in their first season in the girls Tri-County League. Lance's leadership has enabled the girls on the team to be one of the most skilled and talented group of players in the entire league.
