Our Spring, 2023 Girls Travel Team Coach Of The Year Award winner is Justine Davis. Justine has been the coach of the 2014 Girls Crush Red team for the past two years. She has done a fantastic job coaching this squad, providing the girls with excellent foundation skills and a fun-filled soccer environment. The highlight for the Crush Red team this spring was capturing the State Cup second flight title. Crush Red went undefeated in group play and had two exciting 1-0 wins in the semi-finals and finals. Congratulations to Justine Davis for being named LMSC Girls Travel Coach of the Year.

Our Spring, 2023 Boys Travel Team Coach Of The Year Award winner is Sam Olyaei. Sam has been coach of the 2012 Boys Rovers Red team for the past four years. This team has had tremendous success under Sam's guidance. Rovers Red has been to the finals of the State Cup second flight competition three years in a row, winning the title in 2022 and also this spring for back to back state championships. Rovers Red also went 7-2-1 in the EDP Mid-Atlantic Premier II Division this spring, tied for second place. Congratulations to Sam and Rovers Red for another great year and to Sam for being named LMSC Boys Travel Team Coach of the Year.

Our Spring, 2023 Intramural Coach Of The Year Award goes to Doug Silverman. Doug has been coaching in our intramural program for close to 10 seasons (fall, winter and spring). Doug coached his daughter Janie for many years and then moved on to coach his son Judd for many years. Judd was selected for one of our LMSC travel teams this year, but we are hoping that Doug will still find the time and energy to continue coaching. LMSC would like to thank Doug for his many seasons of coaching over the years, helping to make the LMSC Intramural Program a success. Congratulations again on being named LMSC Intramural Travel Team Coach Of The Year.
