**** THE FOLLOWING DIVISIONS ARE CLOSED ****
  • Atoms 9:15 AM and 11:45 Time Slots (we have openings in the 2:15 time slot)
  • Neutrons 10:30 AM Time Slot (we have openings in the 1:00 time slot)
  • Pee-Wees Boys 9:15 AM Division (we have openings in the 1:00 time slot)
We are NOT accepting registrations for divisions that are closed.




REGISTRATION FEES

  • LITTLE ALL-STARS, PEE-WEES, ATOMS AND NEUTRONS DIVISIONS: $150

  • ALL OTHER DIVISIONS:
    • $150 if payment received by August 10
    • $170 if payment received between August 11 and September 1 (note: we cannot guarantee placement and cannot guarantee teammate requests)
    • $190 if payment received after September 1 (note: many divisions will be closed by then and we will NOT be able to guarantee teammate requests)

  • Late fees do not apply to families who moved into Lower Merion Township after January 1, 2024.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE
    THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS AUGUST 10. We will continue to accept registrations in divisions which have not filled up.

REFUND POLICY
    We will NOT issue refunds for any reason after August 21st.


RAINOUT POLICY
    Each season, we expect that one day will be rained out (or snowed out). If we have ONE rainout, we will likely NOT attempt to make up that date later in the season. If we have MORE THAN ONE rainout, we will do our best to add a makeup date later in the schedule. This will be dependent on field availability. Please remember that the fields we use are owned by the Township and School District and they only let us use them certain times of the year.


REGISTRATIONS MAY BE REJECTED FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
  • Requested Division is full, there are no more openings in that division
  • Registration did not specify an age group
  • Division does not have enough head coaches
  • One registration was used for multiple players
  • Birth year on registration was not specified
  • Child is too old for the program


REGISTRATION FOR THE 2025 SEASON WILL OPEN UP IN EARLY JUNE




WHAT TO DO AFTER YOU REGISTER
    We will post the names of players who have had their registrations accepted on our web page. If you do not see your name on the web page ten days after submitting your registration form, please let us know. Names will not appear right away on our list of players who are registered. On September 1st, we will post team assignments along with schedules for the September 7th start of season practices.

    Please remember that we need people to volunteer as head coaches (and also assistant coaches) in all age groups. Adults who volunteer to coach in a particular division will have their child assigned to their team, unless specifically requested otherwise.
