LMSC FINALIZES LONG TERM FIELD DEAL WITH HOLY CHILD SCHOOL AT ROSEMONT

LMSC is very pleased to announce that we have agreed to a 10 year field deal with Holy Child School at Rosemont that will make LMSC the exclusive turf field user for the length of the contract.

LMSC will be able to play 9v9 travel team games for the Under 11 and Under 12 age groups and play full sided 11v11 travel team games for Under 13 through Under 15 teams. Travel teams will also be able to practice there on weeknights in the spring, hold travel team tryouts there, run summer programs at the field there and practice there in the early part of the fall, after the school's football team and field hockey team are off of the field.

HOW DOES THIS AFFECT THE LMSC TRAVEL TEAM PROGRAM?
LMSC now has the ability to play ALL travel team home games in ALL age groups on high quality turf fields. High quality turf fields will make for much better soccer and allow for faster player development.

Developmental Academy - LMSC will run two tournaments a year for our D.A teams, at either Barrack Hebrew Academy's turf field or Holy Child School At Rosemont's turf field. Our D.A. teams will also train on turf fields in the winter.

Under 8 through Under 10 Travel Teams play 7 vs 7. games. Home games may be played on the two 7v7 turf fields (both are the maximum size of 65 yards x 45 yards) at Barrack Hebrew Academy.

Under 11 And Under 12 Travel Teams play 9 vs. 9 games. Home games may be played at Holy Child School At Rosemont's field which will be 80 yards by 55 yards.

Under 13 Through Under 19 Travel Teams play standard 11 vs. 11 games on various size fields. Younger teams in these age groups will be able to play home games at both Barrack Hebrew Academy and Holy Child School At Rosemont. HCR has asked that we not allow teams with players old enough to drive to practice to use their field since the school has children grades K-8 running around. Our oldest teams (high school age) will be able to play most home games at the Proving Grounds as well as other fields, including Monsignor Bonner, Widener College and Phoenixville for overflow games. All of these fields are close to the maximum length and width that professional teams play on, and will allow for maximum quality of play.

Most LMSC travel teams will be able to practice at Barrack Hebrew Academy and Holy Child School at Rosemont during the times of the year when there is enough daylight. LMSC will continue to rent lit fields at Proving Grounds and Bonner when it is not Daylight Saving Time.
