April 19, 2009 - The LMSC Vélez, our U-17 boys, defeated long time rival Yardley-Makefield XPlosion to win the prestigious National League, a league comprised of the top teams in the country. As a result of their win the Vélez qualified for the National Championships for the second year in a row. The highlight of the team's National League play was a win over the Dallas Texans, the top ranked team in the country.

LMSC would like to wish coaches Miguel Nuila and Ian Turner, as well as all of the Vélez players, the best of luck the rest of the season.
