May 25, 2009 -   The Lower Merion Charge u-13 girls won, in convincing fashion the 2009 Voorhees Memorial Day Classic.  The Charge went undefeated in a very tough bracket and beat the Medford Strikers 2-0 in a hard battled championship match.  The Charge who earlier in the Spring made a strong Challenge Cup run to the quarterfinals, capped off a brilliant Spring at Voorhees, playing skillful and creative soccer.  Congratulations to the entire tream on a great weekend and Spring.
