October 11, 2009 - The LMSC United won their division of the YMS Columbus Cup tournament going 4-0 and giving up only 1 goal in the tournament.

The United defeated Horsham 2-1 and Upper Makefield 4-0 on Saturday and then came back on Sunday to beat YMS 1-0 to advance to the finals against Ukrainian Karapoty.

The United struck early, scoring 2 goals in the first 5 minutes of the game and then played inspired soccer the rest of the way, sealing the championship with a 3rd goal in the final minutes to secure a 3-0 win for the title.
