November 15, 2009 - The LMSC Sabertooth Rats (U-9A boys) were down 3-0 in their Delco League Division One championship game, but staged an amazing comeback, overtaking the Ukrainian Nationals 4-3 for the championship. The Sabertooth Rats goals all came in the last 15 minutes of the game, led by a hat trick from Luca Giordano. The Sabertooth Rats finished the Delco League season with a perfect 11-0-0 record, outscoring their opponents 93-13 in their 11 games.

In addition to the Delco League championship, the Sabertooth Rats also won the Ross-Haney Labor Day Weekend Tournament in September and the Yardley Columbus Day Cup in October.
