November 11, 2012 - The Hooligans had a strong season in the Delco division 5 finishing in 3rd place with a record of 4-1-2 (W-D-L). After a spirited win in the quarterfinals (3-0) the team had to travel back up to Allentown for the second time in 3 weeks to face a talented Lower Macungie side. The game was evenly match throughout with The Hooligans finding the net first on a goal by Quintin Campbell in the first half. Lower Macungie then struck twice in the first half to take the lead 2-1. Midway thought the second half the Hooligans leveled the score at two on a goal from Joey Litvin to push the game to overtime. Joey was able to find the back of the net again in the first overtime period to put the Hooligans ahead 3-2. The backline of Selassie Berhane, Aidan Barr Bono, Jason Ren, Blaze Fletcher-Broderson and goalkeeper Danny Rosen held strong to secure the win for the Hooligans.

The finals found the Hooligans facing a quick and direct playing Greater Chester Valley SC squad. The teams had faced each other earlier in the Delco season with GCVSC coming out on top in that match. The Hooligans had a score to settle and came to the match ready to play. Both teams created chances early in the match, but neither was able to capitalize on the opportunities. At the half the score was even at 0-0. In the second half Mason Davis won a 50-50 ball in the midfield and was able to play Quintin Campbell into the final third of the field. Campbell slipped the ball past the GCVSC keeper to find the net and put the Hooligans up 1-0. The backline again held strong to keep the attacking GCVSC side out of the net.

This was a great season ending victory for the Hooligans after a challenging season last year. The team showed amazing poise and character to solidify the league championship.
