January 26, 2013 - Playing up two years, the U-12 LMSC Sabertooth Rats finished the regular season of the U-14 YSC Sports League with a record of 12-2-2. The team split into two for the end of season playoffs. Both teams had a bye in the first round and both teams won their second round game as well as their third round game, to put themselves into the finals against each other.

The championship game was hard fought with both teams making some great plays. At the end of regulation, the score was 3-3. Three minutes into overtime, one of the teams scored. Both teams however were awarded league championship tee shirts.
