MOTOR MOUTHS (U-10A BOYS) WIN
YMS COLUMBUS CUP TOURNAMENT



October 13, 2013 - The LMSC Motor Mouths (U-10A Boys) won all four games en route to winning the YMS Columbus Day Tournament. The team outscored their opponents 25-7 along the way.

On Saturday, the team defeated Delaware Rush 4-2 and Pittsgrove, New Jersey 8-0. The Motor Mouths clinched a spot in the championship game with an 8-3 win over Howell, New Jersey.

The championship game was against Cedar Stars Academy from northern New Jersey. The first half was close with Asher Laackman scoring to give LMSC a 1-0 halftime lead. Early in the second half, Nathan Bradway buried a beautiful free kick to give the team a 2-0 lead. LMSC got one more goal before Cedar Stars got on the scoreboard twice to make it 3-2. The Motor Mouths quickly regrouped by scoring two more goals to make the final 5-2.
