May 26, 2014 - The boys opened up with a 4-3 victory over a very talented Delaware Union '03 (DE) team and then fought to a 3-3 tie against the Beacon Bullets (NY) to round out Day 1. Little Liverpool came out firing on Day 2 with two more wins, outscoring the Tuscorora Spartans (PA) by a score of 5-1 and outlasting the host Hershey '03 Blue Vipers (PA) by a score of 1-0. The round-robin format meant that the tournament standings wouldn't be finalized until much later in the day.

The boys and their families went off to enjoy the rest of their holiday weekend while Coach Mike Mann stayed back to watch the remaining games. It came down to the final minutes of the final game, but Little Liverpool's 3-0-1 record on the weekend proved to be enough to claim the title. Coach Mann hopefully saved some of the world's largest chocolate bar for the boys.
