LMSC BOCA (U-15A BOYS)
WIN DIVISION AT BETHESDA TOURNAMENT



November 23, 2014 - The LMSC Boca, our Under 15 boys team won their division at the Bethesda, Maryland Tournament. The Boca were state cup semifinalists last year. The team is coached Mike Falsetta who also coaches at the Penn Charter School. Congratulations to the LMSC Boca, our Under 15A boys travel team on winning their division in the highly competitive Bethesda, Maryland tournament. Boca is coached by Mike Falsetta who also coaches at the Penn Charter school.

The Boca made it out of their bracket which was comprised of teams from New York and Virginia. In the semifinal against a team from Vermont, a goal by Carson Lonner, with a great assist by Max Shapiro, proved to be the lone goal of the match. Jonah Anderson made several huge saves to keep the shutout.

The championship game saw Boca earn another hard fought 1-0 shutout win, this time over a very strong team from Maine. Goalkeeper Jonah Anderson came up huge, earning another shutuout. The only goal of the game was a penalty kick by Andreas Blobel

Back in the spring, Boca were state cup semifinalists.
