September 4, 2016 - LMSC Invictus (U13A Boys) won their first tournament as a new team, going 4-0 in the top flight of the prestigious Lou Ramos Labor Day soccer tournament. Invictus won 4-0 versus NJ Elite and 7-0 over Soccer Domain Football Club in group play. They then had a tough come from behind 2-1 win over Nationals from Michigan in the semi-finals with goals from Sam Nyenka and Steven Fajardo. In the finals, Invictus was even at half versus Philadelphia Soccer Club, but were able to pull away with goals from Sam Nyenka, Zion Georges, and Drew Davis to capture the title in a 3-0 victory. Congratulations to Invictus for their first tournament championship.
