STORM (U-18 GIRLS) DEFEAT
NATIONAL FINALISTS FROM CALIFONIA

December 2, 2017 - The LMSC Storm, our U-18 team and two time defending state champions traveled to North Carolina to play in several games in the National League which is comprised of the top 32 teams in the nation. The Storm defeated Rebels Elite from Southern California, 2-0. That team came in second in the nation last year. Congratulations to head coach Pete Gangl and his girls on a great showing early in the season.

Earlier this week, Storm defeated Beadling (Pittsburgh) 3-1 and lost to Celtic Premier from Utah. The team will play their fourth game of the week on Sunday vs. Maple Brook Fury from Minnesota.

Head coach Pete Gangl reports that the team will be heading to Florida in mid-January for more National League games, one of which will be against the defending National Champions (CDA Premier from Ohio).
