Lower Merion Soccer Club - Pete Gangl Named EPYSA Travel Team Coach Of The Year

Congratulations to LMSC Coaching Legend Pete Gangl who was named Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association's Girls Travel Team Coach Of The Year for 2019. Pete's LMSC Storm team were Under 19 state champions (fourth straight year winning states) and Region One Finalists. Over 20 of the Storm players are now playing at the college level, and at top notch academic schools, thanks to Pete's excellent guidance. Pete is currently coaching our U-14A LMSC Impact and our U-11A LMSC Lynx and have them headed in great directions as well.

The LMSC Storm in June, 2019, photo taken at the awards ceremony where they were crowned Under 19 state champions. This was the fourth straight state championship for the Storm and the sixth straight appearance for the Storm in the state championship game.

LMSC would like to publically thank Pete for his excellent work with LMSC during the past 18 years. He truly is deserving of our State Association's "Coach Of The Year" Award.
