The following people have signed up to referee in the Spring Intramural Program:

Refeees who do NOT have an "X" after their name in the "W9" column have not yet submitted a W9 form. All referees must submit a W9 form
to LMSC in order to be paid, as required by the Internal Revenue Service. This form only needs to be submitted one time.
Referees do NOT need to submit one every season.
