LMSC SKILL MOVE OF THE WEEK

Each week, LMSC will post a new video of a skill move for our players to work on. These videos will be made by LMSC Technical Diretor and Zone 1 Travel Team Director Sam Lane. Sam played for LMSC as a kid, before starring at Franklin and Marshall College. Sam coached several year at the college level. In the spring of 2023, Sam led the LMSC Wolves Navy team to the Under 9 state championship.

All LMSC travel team players are strongly encouraged to work on the most recent move. We will post a new move the following week. Hopefully all players can work on each of these moves as we post them.

Again, our thanks to Sam Lane for putting these moves together for our players to work on.
