- Divisions will be offered for children born between 2011 and 2019.
- No prior playing experience is needed.
- The 2024 season will start on Sunday, April 7 and run through June 9. There is no soccer on Easter Sunday or Memorial Day Weekend.
- The registration deadline is March 15. We will continue to accept registrations in divisions which have not filled up. We cannot guarantee
acceptance into the program for regisrations received after March 15.
- There will be 11 different divisions, based on age and gender.
- Players may play up in an older division or play down in a younger division if the child's parents think it is in the child's best interest.
- Overview Of The Different Divisions Offered in 2024
- Games and practices are held on fields inside of Lower Merion Township.
- Participants do NOT have to live in Lower Merion Township.
- In 2023, we had over 1200 players participate in the Spring Intramural Program.
An additional 700 players ages 8-18 play in the very prestigious LMSC Travel Team Program.
Our largest program is the Fall Intramural Program. In 2022 and 2023, we had over 1200 participants in the fall.
We also have over 400 hundred players playing in our Winter Intramural Programs and Winter Training Programs.
- The objective of all our programs is "to provide each and every child with a fun filled experience in a soccer
environment."
- Our number one goal is fun, our number two goal is to develop each player's skills so that he/she
may progress to higher levels of play in the future. We try to keep the winning and losing aspect in check for all
players, and we expect this philosophy to be followed by the players' parents as well as other spectators at games.
- The 2023-2024 season is our 56th season!!!!!!!
- LMSC is affiliated with the United States Soccer Federation (US Soccer).
