REGISTER A PLAYER


Registration for our 2023 Spring Intramural Program is now open.


REGISTRATION FEES

  • PEE-WEES, ATOMS AND NEUTRONS DIVISIONS: $135

  • ALL OTHER DIVISIONS:
    • $135 if payment received by March 10
    • $155 if payment received between March 10 and March 20 (note: we cannot guaranteed placement and cannot guarantee teammate requests)
    • $165 if payment received after March 20 (note: many divisions will be closed by then and we will NOT be able to guarantee teammate requests)

  • Late fees do not apply to families who moved into Lower Merion Township after January 1, 2023.


REGISTRATION DEADLINE
    THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS MARCH 10. We will continue to accept registrations in division which have not filled up.

REFUND POLICY
    We will NOT issue refunds for any reason after March 15th.


RAINOUT POLICY
    Each season, we expect that one day will be rained out (or snowed out). If we have ONE rainout, we will likely NOT attempt to make up that date later in the season. If we have MORE THAN ONE rainout, we will do our best to add a makeup date later in the schedule. This will be dependent on field availability. Please remember that the fields we use are owned by the Township and School District and they only let us use them certain times of the year.


REGISTRATIONS MAY BE REJECTED FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
  • Requested Division is full, there are no more openings in that division
  • Registration did not specify an age group
  • Division does not have enough head coaches
  • One registration was used for multiple players
  • Birth year on registration was not specified
  • Child is too old for the program





*** THE MICRONS, QUASARS AND ELECTRONS DIVISIONS are closed. If you would like to be played on the WAITING LIST, please CLICK HERE to e-mail us. Please provide us with your child's name, date of birth and desired division. We will notify you if an opening arises.

WHAT TO DO AFTER YOU REGISTER
    We will post the names of players who have had their registrations accepted on our web page. Please click on the "Team Assignments & Schedules" button on the left of this page to see the list of registered players. If you do not see your child's name on the web page ten days after submitting your registration form, please let us know. Names will not appear right away on our list of players who are registered. We will post team assignments along with schedules for the first weekend of play (March 26) no later than March 18.

    We need people to volunteer as head coaches (and also assistant coaches) in all age groups. Adults who volunteer to coach in a particular division will have their child assigned to their team, unless specifically requested not to.
