LMSC will field up to four teams in each age group from Under 9 up through Under 15. The number of teams formed in each age group will be dependent on the number of players trying out, as well as the number of qualified coaches that we can identify for that particular age group. There will be a maximum of four teams in each age group.

LMSC will also field teams in the Under 16 through Under 19 age groups if a qualified coach is willing to organize a team.

Players are not required to live in Lower Merion Township.

Players trying out MUST be born in the one year window listed in our tryout schedule. Overage players and underage players will NOT be considered and will be removed from the tryout process. Please be sure to go to the age group corresponding to your birth date. Birth certificates are collected after tryouts to ensure that all players are of the proper age.

Each tryout session will last between 90 minutes and 120 minutes.

LMSC will also have tryouts for the Under 8 Developmental Academy. This program is geared for our top Under 8 players. For the 2010-2011 season, players trying out MUST be born between August 1, 2002 and July 31, 2003, no exceptions!!
