SPECIAL NOTES FOR ASSESSING PLAYERS FOR 2020-2021 TRAVEL TEAMS
BE ABSOLUTELY SURE TO READ THIS FIRST !!!
- Montgomery County has granted us permission to resume training, but in a "non-contact" environment (players may not scrimmage each other). Our
initial player evaluations will be limited to technical skill evaluation and athletic ability evaluation.
- We are only allowed to have 25 people at the field at any time. As a result, we have divided
each age group into smaller groupings for evaluation purposes. Our age group coaches will possibly invite
some players to remain at the field for the following session
if the coaches want to see those players training with the next higher level of players in the age group.
- LMSC staff members will be wearing protective masks. Parents and spectators are urged to do the same.
- Parents of players will be required to stay well away from the players, and away from the training area,
since we are limited as to how many people may be near the field at any one time (social distancing courtesy).
- If you are unable to attend, or if you do not feel comfortable being out on the soccer fields, please let us know as soon possible
by e-mailing LMSC President Biff Sturla.
- Returning LMSC players are asked to wear their RED travel team jersey. Non-LMSC players are asked to wear any shirt with
a number on the back to help us identify players. We will not be using our normal tryout pinnies in 2020.
