The LMSC Adult Women's Program is females 18 years of age or older. Many of the players are mothers of our youth soccer players. Most of the
players played soccer in their younger days, but have lost a step or two in their adult years.
The team plays in the Tri-County Women's League (TCWSL) in the fall and spring. Most games are played on Sunday mornings. Home games are usually
played at Holy Child School at Rosemont and occassionally at the Polo Field in Bryn Mawr. Away games are usually less than an hour drive.
The team plays pick up soccer during the summer months and plays in a indoor league during the winter months.
New members are always welcome. If you would like to join the LMSC Adult Women's Program, or if you would like more information, please e-mail
LMSC Women's Program Director Jaclyn McGlone.
HISTORY OF WOMEN'S SOCCER AT LMSC - LMSC formed a women's team in 1995 which ran for many years. The team went by the name of the LMSC Moonlight Ladies.
The program was created by Karin Sturla who also created
the the TCWSL and was the original League President. After Karin moved to Florida, the LMSC team eventually died out due to a field shortage since LMSC has about
youth travel teams and over 1200 intramural players playing each season. As LMSC was able to acquire more full size fields, the Women's Program made a come back in 2021.
ADDITIONAL PLAYERS - LMSC welcomes new players. For more information about the program, please e-mail
LMSC Women's Program Director Jaclyn McGlone.
